Great location, connected to the mall if you wanna buy something nearby. Best services by staff Thank you to Anitya Reservation, Felix Bellman, Eggy Reception. Especially to the butlers (Rizky, Leo, Alyssa) who took main part of making my stay became memorable.

The room, service, and hospitality were very excellent. The butler named Mr. Leo was very helpful and kind. And also thanks again for Mrs. Rhany for great assistance during our stay on May 10 - 11. I really recommend Raffles Jakarta for those who want to stay at 5 star hotel in Jakarta

Amazing two night stay experience

1. Amazing service and hospitality by the butler team (Ms. Yuli, Mr. Irfan, and all the butler in raffles service whatsapp number) 2. Best room for our family (Artist Suite), supported by pregnancy pillow for my wife, most comfort kingsize mattress, with a great view to the city. 3. Second to none In-room Dining. The Oxtail Soup and Fried Rice are the simply the best. 4. We really like the pool, our daughter very happy playing in the jacuzzi. She also like the Kids Playground (Outdoor and Indoor) 5. Very comforting food in the Arts Cafe for breakfast, and Raffles Club for afternoon tea and evening cocktails. 6. Easy access to Lotte Shopping Avenue. Very convenience for nearby stroll. 7. Very nice of houskeeping team. (Mr. Arief and team) That keeping our room always in the best shape, and got a little surprise set up for our beloved daughter. Definitely comeback!

Pool & spa facility are very nice, and restaurant has delicious food with friendly waiters, special thanks to mas Stefan who gave special hospitality which make us feel comfy. Overall very satisfy to stay a nigh at rafflesh hotel jakarta, will return for family staycation

Everyone does above and beyond to make it welcoming and comfortable for the guests. We had drinks to celebrate a colleague's birthday in Writer's Bar and Danielle in Writer's Bar surprised us with a cake and candle. Marvin , bartender, made us a delicious Old Fashion.
